Simply select the plan that best suits your needs and click the "Upgrade Now" button. You'll be directed to our secure payment page where you can complete your purchase using GCash, PayPal, or credit card. Once the payment is confirmed, your storage will be upgraded immediately.

Yes, you can downgrade your plan at any time. When you downgrade, your current premium plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. If your storage usage exceeds the limit of your new plan, you'll need to remove files to get below the limit before you can continue uploading new files.

Your subscription will be charged monthly to your chosen payment method (GCash, PayPal, or credit card). You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months. For yearly plans, you'll save between 16% to 30% depending on the plan you choose.

We accept multiple payment methods including GCash (the leading mobile wallet in the Philippines), PayPal, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All payments are processed securely through HitPay.

If you reach your storage limit, you won't be able to upload new files until you either free up space by deleting existing files or upgrade to a plan with more storage. Your existing files will remain accessible and downloadable.

AI tokens are units that allow you to use our AI assistant features to analyze, summarize, and extract information from your files. Each action with the AI consumes a certain number of tokens depending on its complexity. For example, generating a summary of a document might use 200-500 tokens, while a detailed analysis could use 1,000-2,000 tokens. Your tokens reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Prior Ripper is our file conversion service that allows you to convert files to your desired formats. This includes converting documents, images, audio, and even YouTube videos to various formats. Each plan comes with a daily limit of conversions. Premium plans and above support 4K video conversions and higher resolution outputs. Conversions reset at midnight each day, and unused conversions do not roll over to the next day.

Our platform offers various AI models specialized for different tasks like document analysis, image recognition, text generation, and data extraction. Basic and Starter plans have access to our core models, while Premium plans and above gain access to our complete suite of production-ready models. BETA models are our newest cutting-edge AI capabilities still in development. These models provide advanced features but may be continuously updated and refined. Higher tier plans provide access to more BETA models, with Business subscribers having access to all BETA features as they're released.

Yes! For teams or families looking to share storage, our Professional and Business plans offer multi-user capabilities. You can add up to 5 users on the Professional plan and up to 10 users on the Business plan. Each user gets their own private space while also having access to shared folders. Contact us for custom team plans if you need more than 10 users.

Our Custom plan is designed for large organizations, educational institutions, or businesses with specific requirements that aren't covered by our standard plans. This could include custom storage quotas, specialized security requirements, custom API integrations, or bespoke retention policies.
