This document explains the terms and privacy practices governing your Prior Network account, which serves as your single identity across all Prior services.
By creating a Prior Network account you confirm that:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Prior Network is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.
The Prior Network platform — including all text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Prior Network and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services as permitted by these terms.
Prior Network may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or to protect our legal interests. We will notify you where practical. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version here. For material changes we will notify you via email or a prominent site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prior Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of $100 or amounts paid to Prior Network in the preceding six months.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children under these ages. If you believe we have, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law when transferring data internationally.
The Prior AI Chrome Extension adds AI-powered analysis and note-taking directly to your browser. This document covers how we handle data specific to the extension.
Prior Network grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Prior AI Chrome Extension for personal or business use in compliance with these terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant Prior Network a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to share any content you submit and ensuring it does not violate third-party rights or laws.
The extension is provided "as is." Analysis results are for informational purposes only and may not be accurate. We are not responsible for actions taken based on extension output. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the extension at any time.
Extension updates may be installed automatically through the Chrome Web Store. Significant changes to these terms will be communicated through the extension or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We do not sell your data. Sharing is limited to: hosting and analytics service providers (under strict agreements), Prior Network services for account integration, and legal requirements. Business transfer disclosures apply as per the General Account policy.
Auth tokens retained while account is active. Temporary analysis data deleted immediately after processing. Saved notes retained until you delete them or close your account. Usage logs retained up to 90 days. Your rights mirror the General Account policy — access, correct, delete, export, restrict, and lodge complaints.
Prior Vault is a secure file storage and sharing service. This document covers how we handle your stored files and associated account data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all content uploaded under it. Prior Network cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
You may not use Prior Vault for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not upload content that:
You retain full ownership of files you upload. By uploading content you grant Prior Network a limited license to store, transmit, and process that content solely to provide the Vault service to you.
Prior Vault is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that files will never be lost. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of important files.
If your account is terminated for violations, files may be deleted without notice. You may request account closure and file deletion at any time. Files will be purged within 30 days of an accepted deletion request.
Prior Network is not liable for data loss, unauthorized access by third parties, or interruptions to the Vault service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts outlined in the General Account terms.
We do not read, index, or analyze the contents of your files for advertising or profiling purposes. Files may be scanned automatically for malware and known illegal content as required by law and to protect our infrastructure. This scanning is automated and does not involve human review unless required by a legal process.
We do not sell your files or personal data. Files are shared only when you explicitly share them, with infrastructure providers under strict data agreements, or when legally compelled. Business transfer disclosures apply as per the General Account policy.
Prior Memoir is a media management application for organizing and storing photos and videos. This document covers how we handle local and cloud media data.
You are responsible for the security of your account and all media uploaded under it. Prior Network is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations.
You may not upload or share media that:
Cloud storage is optional and requires explicit action. You control what is synced and can delete cloud copies at any time.
You retain full ownership of all media you upload. By uploading to cloud storage you grant Prior Network a limited license to store and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you.
Prior Memoir is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that cloud media will never be lost. We strongly recommend maintaining separate backups of irreplaceable media. Prior Network is not liable for loss of local media accessed through the app.
On account closure, cloud media is deleted within 30 days of your request. Local media is never deleted by us. Backup copies of cloud media are purged within 90 days.
Prior Memoir may request access to your device's photos and videos. These permissions are used only to display local media in the app and to allow you to choose what to upload. We do not automatically upload, scan, or analyze local media.
We do not sell your media or personal data. Cloud media is shared only via links you generate yourself, with infrastructure providers under strict data agreements, or when legally required.
Prior Minecraft Loader is a Windows desktop application for installing modpacks, mods, and configurations from the Prior Minecraft Panel and the Modrinth community platform. A Prior Network account is not required to use the Loader.
Prior Network grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Prior Minecraft Loader on Windows devices you own or control, for personal use only. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any mods, modpacks, resource packs, or other content you install complies with its respective license. Prior Network is not responsible for content hosted by Modrinth, Mojang, or other third parties, nor for any conflicts, crashes, or data loss resulting from mod installations.
The Loader periodically checks Prior Network servers to verify it is enabled. In cases of critical security vulnerabilities, legal issues, or service discontinuation, the app may be remotely disabled. No personal data is transmitted during this check. You will be shown an administrative message explaining the reason.
The Loader checks for updates automatically on startup. Updates are downloaded with your consent and installed on next quit. You can check for updates manually via Settings. Update files are verified by SHA-512 checksum before installation.
The Loader is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Prior Network is not liable for game corruption, mod conflicts, loss of save data, or any other damage resulting from use of this application. Always create a snapshot before installing new mods.
Prior Network reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Loader at any time. Continued use of updated versions constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
The Loader may be used by players aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should have parental consent. The Loader does not collect personally identifiable information from any user.
The Loader sends anonymous usage events to Prior Network servers to help us improve the product. These events include:

Prior Network does not control these services and is not responsible for their data practices.
Prior Network does not sell any data. Anonymous telemetry is used solely for internal product improvement. No data is shared with third parties beyond what is technically necessary for the services listed in Section 4.
Prior AI is a locally-hosted AI assistant and image generation service with a wide range of capabilities. All AI processing happens on Prior Network servers — no prompts or conversations are sent to third-party AI providers.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Prior AI. By accessing or using any part of this service you confirm that you meet this requirement. Prior Network is not responsible for the wellbeing of users who misrepresent their age, nor for any harm resulting from exposure to mature or explicit content by underage individuals.
Prior AI provides a wide range of capabilities including, but not limited to: text conversations, AI image generation (Prior Diffusion), creative writing, code assistance, voice output, web search, deep search, media conversion, file creation, music playing, private browsing, map navigation, and more. You agree to use all features thoughtfully and responsibly in accordance with these terms.
Prior AI offers an optional uncensored mode that removes standard content filters. This mode may produce mature, explicit, or sensitive content. By enabling uncensored mode you confirm you are 18 or older and accept full responsibility for any content generated. Uncensored mode does not remove prohibitions on illegal content.
Prior Diffusion is a locally-hosted image generation model. Generated images are produced on-demand based on your prompt and are watermarked. You may use generated images for personal and non-commercial purposes. Image generation is subject to all acceptable use rules in this document.
You may use Prior AI for personal, educational, and creative purposes. You agree not to:
Prior AI employs automated content filters on both input prompts and generated outputs. However, safety guards are not perfect — filters may occasionally fail and produce unintended or explicit results. Prior Network is not responsible for outputs that bypass safety systems or for any harm resulting from such failures. You are solely responsible for how you use any generated content.
Responses from Prior AI are generated by a machine learning model and may be inaccurate, fabricated, or incomplete — a phenomenon known as "hallucination." This is especially relevant for medical, legal, financial, or factual topics. Prior Network makes no warranties about the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content. Do not rely solely on Prior AI for critical decisions. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
The AI model's base knowledge has a training cutoff date. While web search and deep search features can retrieve more current information, they do not guarantee real-time accuracy or completeness. Prior Network is not liable for outdated or incorrect information retrieved through any search feature.
Prior AI is accessible without an account as a guest. Guest usage is subject to daily token and image generation limits enforced per IP address. Idle sessions may time out automatically. Guest access may be restricted or removed at any time if abuse is detected. By using guest access you still agree to these terms.
You retain any rights you may have over content you input into Prior AI. You own and are responsible for all outputs generated during your session. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not carry copyright protection. Prior Network retains no ownership over your inputs or outputs but is not liable for how they are used, shared, or acted upon.
Prior AI is provided "as is" and is subject to availability constraints based on server hardware capacity. Response times may vary depending on concurrent load. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response quality, or that the service will meet your requirements.
Prior Network reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue Prior AI or Prior Diffusion at any time. AI models may be updated or replaced without notice. These terms may be revised — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Do not submit sensitive personal information in your prompts — including passwords, government IDs, credit card numbers, banking details, or private information about third parties. While your data is stored securely on our servers, submitting sensitive data to any AI service carries inherent risk and is done at your own discretion.
Prior AI employs automated content filters on input prompts and generated outputs. Safety guards are not infallible — occasional filter failures may occur and produce unintended content. Flagged requests may be logged for safety review. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or IP-level restrictions.
