Organization accounts receive up to 500,000 tokens per day. Abuse, automated scraping, or intentional limit exhaustion may result in immediate account suspension.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use Prior AI for legitimate business, research, and productivity purposes. You may not use it to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content.

3. DATA & PRIVACY
Conversations may be logged for safety and abuse monitoring. Do not share confidential credentials or personal data through the platform.

4. ACCOUNTABILITY
Organization account holders are responsible for all activity on their account. Sharing credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited.

5. TERMINATION
Prior Network reserves the right to revoke organization access at any time for violations of these terms.
